Adria Football Forum 2025
The event organizer, Adria nogometni forum d.o.o. (hereinafter: “Organizer”), as the data controller of the website www.adriafootballforum.com (hereinafter: “Website”), hereby publishes the rules, principles of data protection, and information on data processing related to registration for the Adria Football Forum conference (hereinafter: “Event”) announced on the Website. By registering and purchasing tickets via the Website, users (hereinafter: “User”) acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Privacy Notice (hereinafter: “Notice”). Registration is permitted only for persons over 18 years of age.
- Data Controller
The data controller is Adria nogometni forum d.o.o., while Eventim is the authorized data processor under the data processing agreement between them. The data controller provides users with all relevant information about their role and rights in this Notice. In this document, the Organizer is collectively referred to as the “Data Controller”.

- Full name

2.2 Data recorded by the processor (Eventim) during credit card payment:
- Transaction ID (required for completion)
- Transaction status (required for completion)
- Payment amount
- Name, phone number, email address
- IP address
- Date and time of transaction
- Delivery address
- Billing address
The purpose of processing these data is to execute and authorize payment transactions, monitor and prevent payment fraud. Use of Eventim is subject to their privacy policy available at:
The Data Controller confirms that it does not process credit card data itself and does not have access to them, as this is handled exclusively by Eventim.
- Purpose and duration of data processing
The Data Controller uses the data for:
- Communication with the User
- Sending newsletters and promotional messages if the User has subscribed
- Providing services related to registration and ticket purchase
Data are retained until consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested by the User. After withdrawal of consent for newsletters, sending immediately ceases and data are deleted.
- Legal basis for processing
Processing is based on the User’s voluntary consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
Users may only provide their own personal data or data for which they have consent. Otherwise, the intermediary must obtain consent.
- Purpose of processing
Processing is necessary for technical procedures related to sending emails and tickets. The Data Controller reserves the right to involve additional processors in the future, about which Users will be informed by an amendment to this Notice.
Without explicit legal basis, the Data Controller does not disclose personal data to third parties.
- Place of processing
Processing takes place on the servers of the Website www.adriafootballforum.com and www.eventim.si.
- Access to personal data
Upon User request, the Data Controller will provide free information about the processing, including purpose, legal basis, recipients, duration, and User rights.
The User may also request a copy of their personal data in a common electronic format.
- Right to rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing
The User has the right to request correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data. The User may also request erasure if:
- Data are no longer necessary
- Consent is withdrawn and no other legal basis exists
- User objects to processing
- Processing is unlawful
- There is a legal obligation to erase data
- Data were collected based on consent of children for information society services
The Data Controller will inform third parties of erasure where possible.
Restriction of processing may be requested in case of dispute over accuracy or unlawfulness of processing.
- Right to object
The User may object at any time to processing for legitimate interests or direct marketing. If objected, the Data Controller will cease processing for these purposes unless it demonstrates overriding legitimate grounds.
- Right to complain
If the User believes the Data Controller breaches GDPR, they may file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
- Data security
The Data Controller implements technical and organizational measures to protect data but cannot guarantee complete security online.
- Notification of data breaches
In case of data breach, the Data Controller will notify the supervisory authority within 72 hours and affected individuals if necessary.
